New Hampshire Governor Steven Merrill was presented with a replica "Weathervane" by Bill Osmundsen, from the Greater Portsmouth Chamber of Commerce, during "Governor's Day",
held at the Governor Wentworth House in Portsmouth, NH.
The "Weathervane" replicated Osmundsen's " 10 ft.
"John Paul Jones TopSail Gun Boat" made as a NH % Percent
for Art Compitition Award by the NEA, NH Council on the Arts
and the NH Liquor Commission in 1996.
