FOX SCULPTURE

"The Voyage of the Fox"

(c) Wm Barth Osmundsen, Sculptor

George Harbo & Frank Samuelsen crossed the Atlantic in 1896,

in just 55 days, rowing in a 18 foot Surf Boat.  They had no motor,

no sails and no shelter.  This 4 foot sculpture made for a planned

Monument speaks to the courage, endurance and strength of

two Norwegian-American Fisherman.
