EAGLES FLIGHT
"Eagles Flight" was unveiled at Burrows Gallerye in Englewood, NJ to a wide-eyed audience who attended Osmundsen's One Man Showing. Other new Bronze works by the Sculptor included the "Flight of the Terns".
The 'Eagle' purchased by Hubert M.Tibbetts, Pres. & CEO of Lipton Tea Co. was presented to the Boy Scouts of America, Headquarters in Greenwich Ct. by his widow Gunhild Tibbetts in his memory. Hubert had been an Eagle Scout.
Prior to Mr. Tibbetts purchase he had received Osmundsen's Bronze "Shamrock-a Lipton Tribute" on his retirement from the employees of Lipton Tea, Englewood Cliffs, NJ.
Both Mr. & Mrs Tibbetts have been collectors of Osmundsen's Artwork.
